Acceptable stay with some minor issues
breakfast portion tasty decor rooftop bar spa facilities awful smell cracked mugs
The bathroom was a good size. The decor was tastefully done. I asked for a smaller breakfast portion and the staff accommodated my request precisely. The rooftop bar offered an amazing cathedral view.
I found that it wasn't clear that using the hotel's spa facilities required payment. The fee would have been £50 for two of us. Housekeeping sprayed the shower, but the smell remained.

a few niggles
coffee refill high noise
The breakfast service was a DISASTER. I had to wait ages for a simple refill of coffee, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. also, the noise level in the room was quite high. I could hear street noise late into the night, and that REALLY disrupted my sleep.

The bar staff were very friendly in the lobby. The rooftop terrace had beautiful views. The room included a comfortable bed so I slept very well.
There was no availability on the day I tried to book. The breakfast portion felt small and overpriced.

the hotel location is central to everything. the room had air conditioning that work great. breakfast included a good selection. the staff responded quickly when i had questions.
the gym is small and has limited equipment. it contains only two treadmills.
